Consequences of enemy shelling of Kharkiv

Four people were injured as a result of yesterday's drone attack on Kharkiv. Among the injured are three representatives of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU). This was reported by the SESU press centre.

Initial strikes on city facilities

According to rescuers, on the evening of 25 October, the enemy attacked a shopping centre located in the Osnovyanskyi district, as well as a civilian enterprise in the Industrialnyi district, using drones. Fires broke out as a result of the impacts, and one person was injured.

Repeat attack during aftermath clearance

While SESU units were dealing with the consequences of the first strike, the enemy delivered repeat impacts on their work sites. At that moment, two rescuers were injured. A fire tender was also completely destroyed.

«У торговельному центрі виникла масштабна пожежа. Під час її гасіння постраждав ще один рятувальник» (A large-scale fire broke out in the shopping centre. Another rescuer was injured while extinguishing it), the service's official statement notes.
