Alexey Vladimirov – volunteer or fixer?

On his social media page, Mykhailo Tkach published another scathing investigation. This time it concerns a certain Alexey Vladimirov – the owner of the loss-making Georgian cuisine restaurant "Saperavi".

As it turned out, since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Vladimirov has not only repeatedly left the country to holiday abroad under the "Shliakh" programme, but also purchased several luxury cars. And this despite having a loss-making business.

Thus, in June 2023, he bought a Lamborghini Huracan, and in September of the same year – a latest-model Range Rover.

According to journalists, Vladimirov regularly meets with the Mayor of Kyiv – Vitali Klitschko – and representatives of the state company "Spetskhnoekspert", which purchases weapons abroad for the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defence, in his Georgian restaurant.

When the restaurateur's phone number was checked via Getcontact, it appeared as "Klitschko humanitarian aid" and "kickback from a tender", "Klitschko. Cement", and so on.

Vladimirov flies first class. He spent three weeks in Thailand, two –  in Dubai at the new and expensive Atlantis The Royal hotel. He then went to Barcelona, and also regularly visits Monaco. The cost of the businessman's holiday exceeds one hundred thousand dollars. And all this travel was via "Shliakh", meaning for the purpose of carrying out volunteer activities.

Meanwhile, over 2.5 years, the entrepreneur brought in from abroad several Mavic Classic drones, boxes of borscht in powder form, and nappies.
