Militants shell Debaltseve with artillery

The so-called latest ceasefire began at 00:00 yesterday. However, it only exists on paper; in reality, only the Ukrainian side has refrained from using artillery, making the situation in the Debaltseve area critical.

At 8 am, militants launched an artillery strike on the city. Shells hit the Debaltseve city police department. The building was destroyed. Fortunately, there were no casualties among police officers.

Artillery shelling is targeting both administrative buildings and residential houses and infrastructure facilities.

A similar situation is observed in other cities. «В 21.30, боевики "Градом" из Никитовки, район ж/д станции, обстреляли центр города. The main goal of the militants is to discredit Ukraine and violate the ceasefire agreements, which they never intended to honour in the first place.
