Volunteer battalions withdrawn from the front line

It was recently reported that the Right Sector volunteer battalion had been ordered to withdraw from the front line. It has now emerged that similar orders have been issued to other volunteer battalions. The Donbass battalion left Shyrokyne yesterday.

At the same time, the militants are increasing their weapons, equipment and manpower, and plan an offensive in a couple of weeks.

Мне кажется это не очень похоже на мирные планы. (I don't think this looks very much like peace plans.)
На этом фоне командование силами АТО принимает очередную серию решений: Вывести из зоны боев ДУК ПС. (Against this backdrop, the ATO forces command is making another series of decisions: Withdraw the Right Sector volunteer battalion from the combat zone.)
Теперь поступает команда батальону "Донбасс" сняться и уехать под Киев "для боевого слаживания и переформатирования". (Now the "Donbass" battalion is receiving orders to withdraw and move to the vicinity of Kyiv "for combat coordination and reformatting".)
Сегодня ко мне подошла жительница города Мариуполь и со слезами задала вопрос: "Вы что нас бросаете?" (Today a resident of Mariupol approached me and asked with tears in her eyes: "Are you abandoning us?")
Что я ей должен ответить? (What am I supposed to answer her?)
Как мне смотреть им, этим людям в глаза??? (How am I supposed to look these people in the eyes???)
Мы воюем уже год. Наши побратимы проливали кровь и в Карловке, и в Попасной, и в Лисичанске, и в Иловайске и в Дебальцево, (We have been fighting for a year. Our comrades shed blood in Karlovka, Popasna, Lysychansk, Ilovaisk, and Debaltsevo,) Углегорске, (Ulehorske,) Логвиново (Lohvynovo)и (and)Широкино. (Shyrokyne.)
И всегда нас предавало это государство, всегда на нас и на нашего комбата выливались ушаты дерьма. Но мы не обращали на это внимание, потому что у нас есть цель: Освобождение нашей Родины от оккупантов и бандитов. (And this state has always betrayed us, buckets of shit have always been poured on us and our battalion commander. But we paid no attention to this, because we have a goal: The liberation of our Motherland from occupiers and bandits.)
После Иловайска нас держали в лагерях с жуткими условиями жизни 2,5 месяца, не давая возможности пополнять ряды и полноценно готовиться, потом не давали возможности отправить подразделение на замену в зону АТО (помните январскую прогулку батальона по центру?)... (After Ilovaisk, we were kept in camps with horrific living conditions for 2.5 months, not allowing us to replenish our ranks and prepare properly, then they did not allow us to send the unit to replace others in the ATO zone (remember the battalion's walk through the centre in January?)...)
И вот снова.... Кому нужно убирать добровольцев с передовой? И совпадение ли это с наращиванием сил оккупантами и громкими заявлениями террористов о готовности захватить всю Украину? (And here it is again.... Who needs to remove volunteers from the front line? And is this a coincidence with the occupiers' buildup of forces and the terrorists' loud statements about their readiness to seize all of Ukraine?)
