Jamala advances to Eurovision 2016 final

The second semi-final of the Eurovision 2016 contest took place today, 12 May, in which Ukrainian singer Jamala performed with the song "1944". The performer of Crimean Tatar origin delighted audiences not only with her flawless performance and voice, which sent shivers down the spines of many listeners, but also with special effects.

The hall was silent during the performance, and after it ended, the audience literally erupted in applause.

As expected, Jamala easily advanced to the final of the song contest, with many countries highly rating her performance.

The singer is predicted to enter the top three in the final.
