Today, a photograph went viral on social media showing a woman parking her car in a space designated for people with disabilities in the centre of Kyiv.

According to information circulating on social media, the plates “КА7804ОР” do not belong to this vehicle and are not recorded in the relevant database. In other words, they are fake.

Who was fined?

The question remains open as to who will be held liable for this violation. The use of forged plates significantly complicates the process of holding the offender accountable.
