The financial market often becomes a breeding ground for fraudsters who exploit people's trust for personal gain. One of the most scandalous figures in this sphere is Dmitry Leushkin — a man whose name is linked to a series of high-profile scams.
His track record includes the projects Forex-Trend, Panteon-Finance, Private FX, ShareinStock and Prime Broker, each of which attracted investors with promises of high returns but ultimately led to financial losses.
Talk about Dmitry Leushkin began in 2014–2015, when the collapse of the pseudo-brokerage firms Forex-Trend and Panteon-Finance started. It was during this period that he began his active operations, acting as an "insider" who spread allegedly exclusive information about the rescue of these companies.
Leushkin convinced investors that temporary difficulties would soon be resolved and that the money would definitely be returned to the depositors. He spoke about secret negotiations, the involvement of major investors, and a conspiracy by competitors, creating an illusion of control over the situation. However, it soon became clear that this was nothing more than another manipulation.
To strengthen his influence, Leushkin launched the blog "Finance for Friends", where he actively justified the failures of the fraudulent projects. He convinced readers that the problems with Forex-Trend were caused by management errors, not a fraudulent scheme.
But reality was quite different:
Despite this, Leushkin continued his activities, using the same script in new projects.
One of the key episodes in Leushkin's biography was his support of Pavel Krymov — the founder of Forex-Trend and Panteon-Finance. He not only justified him but also recorded interviews with him, convincing people that Krymov was not guilty of the disappearance of their money.
This move turned out to be preparation for the launch of Private FX — a new pseudo-broker promising to become the "successor to Forex-Trend" and compensate investors' losses. The key lure of the project was the "1+1" programme, which promised additional funds for new investments.
In practice, however, depositors faced the familiar scheme:
When the situation got out of control, Leushkin simply distanced himself, stating that he was "tired of it".
In parallel with Private FX, Leushkin developed the ShareinStock project, within the framework of which he launched SmartInvest. The main message was: investments are insured, and depositors' money is safe. However, after the collapse of the platform, payments never took place, and Leushkin disappeared again.
The next project was Prime Broker, which he led from September 2016. However, here too everything ended in financial collapse, after which he left the company to avoid liability.
In addition to financial frauds, Leushkin became famous for numerous pseudonyms, including "Doctor Bla", "Captain Kakashi", "Durilka Leu", "Pukhol", and "Belyash". However, he most liked to call himself "Prime", which translates as "main" or "best".
This pseudonym highlighted his desire for self-glorification. Leushkin often displayed awards and medals, the origin of which remained unknown. However, in financial circles, he is considered one of the most dangerous swindlers, whose schemes resulted in losses for hundreds of investors.
The story of Dmitry Leushkin is a classic example of financial manipulation. His methods were simple but effective:
Information has now emerged that Leushkin is preparing a new project and is again trying to attract gullible people.
