Who is behind the attempts to create the “Kherson People’s Republic”

Not long ago, a video clip posted on the separatist “Oplot” channel on YouTube went viral, allegedly showing residents of Kherson Oblast protesting the presence in the region and the lawlessness of the fighters of the “Aidar” battalion.

Today, the video was commented on from his internet page by Crimean Tatar leader Lenur Islyamov:

“Митинг "авганцев" в Херсоне . Вроде бы ничего такого ? Но после первой минуты видно , как сзади подходит Каблюк .В. - это "человек" сени нимитулаева - сбежавшего чангарского сепара. Сеня в Крыму - а мутит воду в херсонской области. 
Этот Каблюк - тот самый -сепаратор, который планировал " Русский марш " на Чангаре. 
Задача - сделать из херсонской области Украины " ХНР " поставлена из Крыма-Кремля .

But after the first minute, you can see Kablyuk V. approaching from behind. He is the “man” of Senya Nimitulaev, a fleeing Chongarsk separatist. Senya is in Crimea, but he is stirring up trouble in Kherson Oblast.
This Kablyuk is the very same separatist who planned the “Russian March” in Chongarsk. 
The task to turn Ukraine’s Kherson Oblast into the “HPR” was set from Crimea-Kremlin. 
We, activists of the Blockade, know this!
