Likarchuk exposes Nasirov

Several days have passed since the dismissal of the Deputy Chairman of the State Fiscal Service Konstantin Likarchuk, yet his conflict with Nasirov is only intensifying. Last evening, Likarchuk published documents on his online page indicating that Nasirov owns real estate in London, which he had failed to disclose.

«Меня сейчас часто спрашивают, собираюсь ли я подавать на Насирова иск в суд о защите чести и достоинства за безосновательные обвинения в коррупции. Отвечу - я думаю об этом и, возможно, подам такой иск по месту жительства Насирова в Лондоне (квартира 5, 3 Лаймхарбор [Flat 5, 3 Limeharbour], Лондон, Е14 9LS). (I am often asked these days whether I intend to file a lawsuit against Nasirov to protect my honour and dignity over baseless accusations of corruption. I will answer – I am considering it and may file such a lawsuit at Nasirov's place of residence in London (Flat 5, 3 Limeharbour, London, E14 9LS).)

Кстати, квартира не внесена в декларацию Насирова, в результате чего на основании части 8 статьи 3 Закона Украины "Об очищении власти", Насиров попадает под люстрацию и не может в течении 10 лет занимать должности в государственных органах. (By the way, the apartment is not included in Nasirov's declaration, which means that under Part 8 of Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Cleansing of Power", Nasirov is subject to lustration and cannot hold positions in state bodies for 10 years.)

Думаю у журналистов и компетентных органов не возникнет проблем с получением информации по этим данным в Великобритании. Примечательно, что документы датированы еще маем текущего года и, вероятно, не были бы опубликованы, если бы не обвинения в коррупции Ликарчука и его увольнение. (Notably, the documents are dated May of this year and would likely not have been published had it not been for the corruption accusations against Likarchuk and his dismissal.)
