Large-scale cyberattack on Ukrzaliznytsia

Ukrzaliznytsia announced that a failure in its IT systems was caused by a large-scale cyberattack organised by Russian hackers. The aim of the attack was to cause delays in train movements across Ukraine.

Ticket sales temporarily suspended

Due to the incident, online ticket sales remain unavailable, and the company will continue to operate in offline mode throughout 24 March. All operations related to ticket purchases and other services will be conducted manually.
