Moseychuk arrested inside the Verkhovna Rada

Today, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine unexpectedly for many deputies lifted immunity and gave consent to the arrest of "Radical Party" member Igor Moseychuk. Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin showed a video in which Moseychuk promises to "sort out" matters for a fee and names the prices for parliamentary inquiries that can be made with his help for just $10,000–15,000.

Igor Moseychuk was arrested by SBU officers right inside the Verkhovna Rada building. At the same time, law enforcement officers conducted a search of the deputy's expensive SUV, which he had, of course, earned through honest work. However, a question arises: what kind of work did the deputy do to afford a car worth over $100,000?

Members of the "Radical Party," recovering from the initial shock, attempted to obstruct the law enforcement officers and were also detained.
