Even the 'Donbass' battalion renounced Semchenko's headquarters

We already reported today that the initiative by MP Semyon Semchenko to create the Unified Headquarters of Ukraine's volunteer forces was not supported by Aidar and Avtomaydan, which, according to him, had joined him. Now, information has emerged that his own 'Donbass' battalion has renounced the battalion commander.

Батальон "Донбасс-Украина" официально заявляет, что не поддерживает, так называемый, "меморандум о создании Объединенного штаба добровольческих сил Украины". В тот момент, когда наша страна подвергается смертельной опасности, самым неразумным и самым абсурдным решением, было бы разделять силы командования. Вполне очевидно, что создание параллельного штаба лишь усугубит ситуацию. Нарушится координация между ВСУ и МВД, между отдельными военными подразделениями. (At a time when our country is facing mortal danger, the most unreasonable and absurd decision would be to divide command forces. It is quite obvious that the creation of a parallel headquarters would only worsen the situation. Coordination between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and between individual military units, would be disrupted.)

Мы далеко не всегда согласны и довольны действиями Генерального Штаба. Но это не значит, что батальон "Донбасс-Украина" не готов выполнять приказы. Военные приказы не обсуждают. Они их выполняют. Иногда понимая, что рискуют собственной жизнью. (We are not always in agreement with or satisfied by the actions of the General Staff. But this does not mean that the 'Donbass-Ukraine' battalion is not ready to carry out orders. Military orders are not discussed. They are carried out. Sometimes with the understanding that one is risking one's own life.)
