Parasyuk sues Poroshenko again

Famous Maidan centurion and current People's Deputy of Ukraine Vladimir Parasyuk filed a lawsuit against the incumbent President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, aiming to strip former Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn of the "Hero of Ukraine" title. However, the case was lost in the first instance. Today, Parasyuk announced that he has filed an appeal and a hearing is scheduled for tomorrow. The deputy called on journalists to attend the court and cover the event.

Литвину звання "Герой України», який залишено без розгляду з підстав недоведеності порушення прав позивача, його свобод та інтересів» (On 28.07.2015 (Tuesday) at 10:00, the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine, located at 8 Moskovska Street, Building 5, Kyiv, will hear the appeal of People's Deputy of Ukraine Volodymyr Zynoviyovych Parasyuk regarding the Ruling of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine in case No. 800/210/15, filed against the President of Ukraine (third party – Volodymyr Mykhailovych Lytvyn), seeking to declare illegal and annul the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 09.12.2004 No. 1459/2004 "On the Awarding of the Title 'Hero of Ukraine' to V. Lytvyn", which was left without consideration on the grounds of failure to prove the violation of the plaintiff's rights, freedoms, and interests), - announced People's Deputy of Ukraine Vladimir Parasyuk on his internet page.
