Column of equipment with militants enters Ukraine from Russia again

Despite assurances from the National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) and the OSCE, equipment carrying militants continues to enter Ukrainian territory from Russia. Instead of withdrawing artillery, the militants are increasing their strength.
