OBNOON raged in a Kyiv club tonight

An extraordinary incident occurred at one of the nightclubs tonight. Law enforcement officers, identifying themselves as OBNOON, stormed the venue and began beating patrons, as well as musicians, one of whom turned out to be a German citizen.

замечу, что: 
1. это второй раза за три месяца. 
2. по первому разу НЕТ НИКАКИХ УГЛОВЫХ ДЕЛ И РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ ДЕЙСТВИЙ МИЛИЦИИ. 
3. нарушают процессуальные нормы. 
4. бьют людей. еще раз! милиция просто и в наглую бьет одного, который играет музыку, второго, который выходил в гардероб, двоих, которые стояли просто курили в курилке. почему эти граждане априори злодеи? спросите у авакова», - такую информацию посетители распространили в социальных сетях. без зачитывания постановления суда. забежали, сбили с ног охрану и пару сотрудников, посетителей. с криками "руки вверх" (фильмов пересмотрели, но в ато - слабо). 
2. к адвокату Ксения Проконова применяли силу. 
3. второй раз за два месяца - остановка музыки, препятствование хозяйственной деятельности. ПО ПЕРВОМУ РАЗУ НЕТ НИКАКИХ УГОЛОВНЫХ ДЕЛ (подтверждает адвокат Армен Нерсисян). (ст. 206 Криминального Кодекса Украины). 
4. бить (даже касаться нельзя, но начнем с малого) не имеют право ни на каком основании. уже не говоря о том, что это гражданин Германии. 
5. ЗАСТАВЛЯЮТ доставать вещи из карманов, обыскивают. это запрещено законом… (Without reading the court order. They rushed in, knocked down security and a couple of staff members, patrons. Shouting "hands up" (they've watched too many movies, but they're weak at this). 2. They used force against lawyer Ksenia Prokonova. 3. THEY FORCE people to take things out of their pockets, searching them. This is prohibited by law…)

 

…СМИ  , не молчите - это НЕ нормально! это не борьба с наркотиками, а только усугубление недоверия к правоохранительным органам, уничтожение огромного культурного пласта (хотите в это верить или нет - но в клубе ходят не фрики, ничтожества и отбросы, но часто и в большинстве те, кто строят нашу страну. в Европе это уже давно часть культуры, ау, журналисты!!) This is not a fight against drugs, but only deepening distrust of law enforcement agencies, destroying a huge layer of culture (whether you want to believe it or not - but the people who go to the club are not freaks, nobodies, or scum, but often and mostly those who are building our country. ПОЛИЦИЯ, думаю это нужно как-то править, изменить, потому что так нельзя!!. звонят, говорят что нарушают конституционные права, а именно право на свободное перемещение (ст. 33 Конституции Украины), что не зачитывали ухвалу суда, что они вооружены, в масках и не представляются... но разве это повод заходить в помещение и защищать такие права? нет! потому что они просто не знают как. (POLICE, I think this needs to be corrected, changed, because this is not acceptable!! They call, saying they are violating constitutional rights, specifically the right to free movement (Art. 33 of the Constitution of Ukraine), that they did not read the court order, that they are armed, in masks, and do not identify themselves... but is that a reason to enter a premises and protect such rights?
