Situation near Debaltseve on 13 February

Less than two days before the next ceasefire begins on 15 February, terrorists appear determined to seize and fortify as much territory as possible, capturing the city of Debaltseve, where fighting has continued for days.

As a result of the fighting, separatists are suffering significant losses, but they have not abandoned their attempts to capture the territory.

Severodonetsk. "Час від часу сепаратисти стріляють по Луганській ТЕС у Щасті, тому у Сєвєродонецьку іноді не буває світла. Відбуваються масштабні перестрілки артилерією і градами між сепаратистами і українськими військовими, які добре чутно у Сєвєродонецьку (бойові дії відбуваються за 20-25 км. від міста). Вчора вдень українські військові вдало застосували РСЗО Град (постріли були добре чутні у місті), знищивши військову базу сепаратистів і чималий арсенал зброї у смт.
