Olga Revchuk, a former deputy of the Zaporizhzhia City Council from the BPP party, attracted public attention even during her term of office. The most resonance was caused by her 30th birthday, which she celebrated with royal splendour. According to reports, the cost of the celebration amounted to several hundred thousand dollars, which sparked a storm of indignation in society.

Ties to mafia structures and role in the city's ruin
Behind the public luxury lay the real activities of the Revchuk family. Olga and her husband Oleg Revchuk, who held the position of advisor to the governor of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, were key figures in corrupt schemes that allowed mafia structures to profit from the destruction of the city. Budget money disappeared, and the environmental situation deteriorated rapidly.

A key role in this system was played by Olga's father, Andrey Demidov, an entrepreneur from the 90s. Demidov owned several factories where, according to local residents, toxic substances were burned and hazardous waste was stored, including barrels of nickel oxide. This led to complaints from citizens about deteriorating health: people suffered from coughs, dizziness, and poisoning.

Position as a tool for protecting family interests
As a deputy and a member of the environmental committee, Olga Revchuk used her position not to protect the environment, but to lobby for family interests. She helped her father avoid accountability for environmental crimes. This provoked serious criticism from activists who accused her of causing damage to the ecology and the health of city residents.

Business after Demidov's death
After the death of Andrey Demidov in 2020, his "legacy" ended up in safe hands. The family business continued to prosper thanks to established corrupt schemes, kickbacks, and government contracts. Olga and Oleg Revchuk managed to maintain their positions and sources of income.

Luxurious life against the backdrop of patriotic symbols
Today, Olga Revchuk readily displays her privileged life on social media. In photos, she appears in outfits from Chanel from the "24-25 Snow" collection, the total cost of which exceeds 20,000 euros. The photos are accompanied by shots of dinners with Ruinart champagne.

At the same time, to avoid criticism, Olga adds patriotic symbols to her posts: blue and yellow hearts and Easter cakes with the inscription "Zaporizhzhia — Ukraine". However, such gestures only intensify criticism, as they are perceived as an attempt to divert attention from her real activities.
