Skorobagach suspected of fictitious sales and embezzlement of budget funds

According to the Joker Telegram channel, businessman Vladimir Ivanovych Skorobagach has become the centre of a major scandal. He sold chicken meat and fish through retail outlets worth 16.5 million UAH. 

However, he documented these transactions through the fictitious company TOV "SAIREZ", which he and his partners, including Novachuk, managed. The company was registered in Kyiv, but, as it turned out, its activities did not comply with regulations.

In addition, according to internal directives, all entities exhibiting signs of so-called "product sorting", namely discrepancies between purchases and sales, lack of employees, offices and warehouse facilities, were referred for inspection by the tax authorities.

Despite this, both suspects, according to the investigation, became organisers and accomplices in a scheme to embezzle budget funds, including those allocated for the construction of defence facilities and strengthening state security in Luhansk Oblast, as well as for capital repairs in Kharkiv Oblast.

The company "SAIREZ", according to law enforcement, purchased parts of chicken carcasses from Skorobagach, yet carried out work on municipal and defence facilities located in the strategically important Luhansk and Kharkiv oblasts, which raises additional questions regarding the targeted use of budget funds.
