Sosedka and Mishalov transfer clients from Concord to BTA

We have previously reported that Vyacheslav Mishalov, the ex-husband of Elena Sosedka, became the new owner of BTA Bank. The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), led by Dmytro Oliinyk, approved Vyacheslav Mishalov’s participation in the deal.

In a strange coincidence, the change of ownership occurred shortly before the final liquidation deadline for Concord Bank, which is scheduled for 1 August 2025.

As Concord Bank prepares for closure, its key clients, including representatives of the gambling business, the cryptocurrency sector, and the pharmaceutical industry, are smoothly transferring their operations to BTA Bank.

This is happening under the patronage of the NBU, which, according to the news channel «Sho azartnyy», is not in a hurry to eliminate shadow schemes, continuing to support this process.
