Tuka shares reasons behind the execution of a mobile group

Today, on his Facebook page, head of the Luhansk Military Administration Georgy Tuka shared some details of the execution in 2015 of a mobile group, which resulted in the death of a well-known volunteer.

“Можу оприлюднити деяку інформацію щодо ходу слідства по розстрілу мобільної групи.
Я вже казав про те, що за день до загибелі, Андрій був у мене і я йому казав:
- Люди, які вкусили смак шальних грошей, не відмовляться від цього. Якщо ми їм перекрили кисень щодо вантажівок - треба шукати щось мале і коштовне. Таким можуть бути коштовні камені, драгметали або... наркотики.
Нажаль, я був правий: слідство вийшло на організацію наркотрафіку.
Слідчі ГВП стикаються з шаленим супротивом з усіх боків. Але... продовжують працювати!
Досить несподіваним виявився "інформаційний супротив". Я маю на увазі звинувачення, які летіли на адресу Військового Прокурора АТО Костянтина Куліка.
Можу проінформувати про те, що:
1. виток інформації був організован ззовні. І, складається враження, що саме наближення слідчих до фіналу і спричинило таку атаку.
2. була проведена службова перевірка, яка не виявила жодних ознак корупційних дій в військовій прокуратурі АТО.
3. на скільки мені відомо, керування трафіком здійснюється високопосадовцями (іноді - в формі). Далеко не завжди ці люди мешкають в Україні.
Я маю надію, що, не зважаючи на супротив, слідчим вдасться притягнути до відповідальності не лише "шісток", які діють на лінії розмежування, а й реальних організаторів та кураторів! Порівняно з цією справою, справа "діамантових прокурорів" може виявитись дитячою забавкою!”, - wrote Georgy Tuka. I have already mentioned that the day before his death, Andriy was with me, and I told him:
- People who have tasted the flavour of wild money will not give it up. If we have cut off their oxygen supply regarding trucks - they need to look for something small and valuable. That could be precious stones, precious metals, or... drugs.
Unfortunately, I was right: the investigation has uncovered the organisation of drug trafficking.
Investigators from the Main Military Prosecutor's Office are facing fierce resistance from all sides. But... they continue to work!
The "informational resistance" turned out to be quite unexpected. I mean the accusations that were flying at the Military Prosecutor of the ATO, Kostiantyn Kulyk.
I can inform you that:
1. the source of the information was organised from outside. And, it seems that it was precisely the investigators' approach to the finale that triggered such an attack.
2. an internal review was conducted, which found no signs of corrupt actions in the ATO military prosecutor's office.
3. as far as I am aware, the management of the trafficking is carried out by high-ranking officials (sometimes - in uniform). These people do not always reside in Ukraine.
I hope that, despite the resistance, the investigators will be able to hold accountable not only the "sixes" operating on the line of separation, but also the real organisers and curators! Compared to this case, the "diamond prosecutors" case may turn out to be a child's game!).
