Mass arrests in Debaltseve, Uhlehorsk and Makeyevka

Reports emerge almost daily that partisans act as spotters or detonate military targets themselves. This has not gone unnoticed by the victims themselves – the militants, who have found nothing better than to begin arresting everyone they believe could be those very partisans.
