Search conducted at Kyiv District Administrative Court premises

According to the prosecutor's office press service, investigators are currently conducting a search at the premises of the Kyiv District Administrative Court.

The judges of this court managed to simultaneously enjoy life outside Ukraine while at the same time issuing verdicts and court decisions. Data on the judges' border crossings was provided by the State Border Service.

Prosecutor's investigators are seizing original decisions, documentation, and equipment from the judges' offices. In addition, data entered into the working hours logs is being checked.

One hopes that something will indeed change in the prosecutor's office after Viktor Shokin took its helm; in any case, progress is evident.
