Ukrainian singer killed in ATO zone

Yesterday, 22 July 2015, in the Anti-Terrorist Operation zone, while carrying out a combat mission, young Ukrainian performer Nikolai Gordiychuk was killed.

The 29-year-old artist and showman served in the Special Operations Battalion of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Nikolai Gordiychuk was widely known in his hometown of Kamianets-Podilskyi. Initially, he was a soloist in the ensemble “Svoeobraznoe”, and later led the group “Dendi”.
