The former director of a funeral enterprise purchased granite slabs for the construction of a columbarium wall at Lesne Cemetery at an inflated price exceeding 2 million hryvnias.

He artificially increased the cost of the materials by specifying non-existent types and characteristics of the granite.

As a result, his actions are classified as fraud, and he now faces up to 8 years in prison.
