State banks sell Kyiv shopping centre Gulliver for 9.2 billion hryvnia

Auction announced for the disposal of a major business asset

The sale procedure for one of Ukraine's largest office and retail centres, named "Gulliver", has begun in Kyiv. The asset has been put up for a stock exchange auction scheduled for 1 October.

Transaction parties and seizure history

The disposal of the complex is being carried out by two state financial institutions. Oschadbank holds an 80% stake in the asset, while Ukreximbank holds the remaining 20%. These banks gained the right to dispose of the property after seizing it from the previous owner due to outstanding debts.

Financial terms of the sale

The starting price for the auction is 9.235 billion hryvnia. In dollar terms, this is approximately 206 million US dollars.
