This structure also includes Farvater Travel Group LTD LLC (EDRPOU 37692428) and Farvater Group LTD LLC (EDRPOU 34489623). In these enterprises, Tetyana Pollak appears as the owner and manager, while historical data indicates Friedrich Pollak's previous involvement in the ownership structure. Publications on 368.media and Odnoboko examine these links in the context of family companies and foreign assets, however, primary sources must be consulted to verify specific claims.
Electrohydroresurs LLC (EDRPOU 41998976), which operates in the field of electricity production, has a legal address in Lviv and a charter capital of UAH 5.1 million. The current director, sole founder, and ultimate beneficial owner of the company is Igor Yuriovych Zabusky.
The history of registration changes shows that Friedrich Yosefovych Pollak was previously the owner. His data was subsequently removed from the registry. At various times, Olga Velyka, Yevhen Hutsalyuk, Oleksiy Tsybilyuk, and Oleg Shram also appeared among the founders, but they are not currently part of the active ownership structure. A separate section of Friedrich Pollak's biography is linked to Union Standard Bank, which operated in Ukraine as USB Bank. In July 2014, he was appointed managing director of the institution. In May 2016, the National Police notified him and possible accomplices of suspicion of embezzling depositors' funds. According to Ekonomichna Pravda, the amount of damages was UAH 63.5 million, EUR 405,000, and USD 44,000.
In October 2015, the National Bank of Ukraine declared Union Standard Bank insolvent, a decision that was appealed in court. In December 2015, media reported on the extension of Pollak's detention, followed by the setting of bail in the amount of UAH 40 million for him and Denis Derkach, who appeared as an advisor to the bank's head and a possible accomplice.
