Oleg Vlasenko, who holds the position of vice-rector for scientific, pedagogical and educational work at Bogomolets National Medical University, published data on his annual income. The total amount of official receipts amounted to 1.07 million hryvnias.

The main part of the financial resources was the salary at his main place of work at the university, which equaled 673 thousand hryvnias. An additional source of income was a pension of 283 thousand hryvnias paid by the Pension Fund. In addition, Vlasenko received 62 thousand hryvnias for concurrent work as a professor at the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy. Another 51 thousand hryvnias came from PrivatBank in the form of interest.

Property and vehicles

The declaration contains no data on family members, which is consistent with previous years. Regarding real estate, an apartment of 41.2 square meters located in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka in Bucha district is noted. The ownership right to this object has been registered since 19 June 2023. The value of the apartment is marked as "not applicable" in all submitted documents. Until 2023, the vice-rector's property register did not include any real estate.

The car park has remained unchanged since the end of 2022. The official owns two Japanese-made cars:

• A 2019 Toyota RAV4, purchased on 17 December 2019 for 842 thousand hryvnias;
• A 2022 Toyota Yaris Hybrid, purchased on 31 October 2022 for 1.02 million hryvnias.
