Privatbank fails to sell Dnipro-Arena stadium for third time due to lack of buyers

Privatbank has once again encountered problems in disposing of a real estate object. The Dnipro-Arena stadium failed to change owners again, as no potential buyers appeared at the auction. Due to the absence of registered participants, the bidding simply did not take place.

Third unsuccessful attempt to sell

This is already the bank's third failure in trying to sell this specific asset. Previously, the private commercial bank also attempted to put the stadium on the market through auction procedures, but did not achieve success on any occasion.

The sports facility has a historical connection with the business structures of Igor Kolomoisky. Currently, Dnipro-Arena is in the process of being sold as part of Privatbank's general work on managing and disposing of assets that previously belonged to these structures.
