Large-scale digital attack on social resilience

The Russian Federation continues its intensive work to destabilise Ukrainian society from within. The creation of hundreds of new accounts on TikTok has been recorded on social media. These profiles systematically publish calls to take to the streets and organise protest actions.

Disinformation narratives and undermining trust

In addition to direct calls for disorder, the enemy's information front uses several key vectors of influence:

  • The spread of hundreds of comments and video materials about the "heroic medic".
  • The publication of hundreds of videos aimed at discrediting the Defence Forces of Ukraine and fostering a sense of despair among the population regarding the defenders' ability to withstand the aggressor.
  • The creation of chats designed to incite citizens to commit unlawful acts.

The importance of information hygiene

Today, information hygiene is just as much a weapon as an automatic rifle on the front line. Any internal strife and chaos work exclusively to the enemy's advantage.

The main strength of Ukrainian society lies in unity, not in emotional reactions provoked by enemy bots. Therefore, it is critically important to maintain a cool head, not fall for manipulations, and activate critical thinking when processing information.
