Stasia Rovinska plans to visit Ukraine after divorce but does not intend to stay permanently

Plans a visit, not a move

TV presenter Stasia Rovinska intends to come to Ukraine after the official dissolution of her marriage. However, she has no plans to return to the country for permanent residence.

The woman is currently continuing her professional activities in New York and raising her three children there. This was stated by her father, director Semyon Horov, on air during the programme "Morning in the Big City".

Family has not seen each other since 2022

Horov confessed that he misses his daughter and three grandchildren. He recalled that the family moved to the US at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, and since then they have not had the opportunity to meet in person.

«Я скучаю, звичайно, і вони по Україні, і ми не бачилися наживо з початку 2022 року, але намагаємося спілкуватися, зідзвонюватися. Є плани приїхати в Україну, а там вже буде видно. Поки в неї кар’єра в Америці, в Нью-Йорку» (I miss them, of course, and they miss Ukraine, and we have not seen each other in person since the beginning of 2022, but we try to communicate, to talk on the phone. There are plans to come to Ukraine, and then we will see. For now, her career is in America, in New York), the director said.

Comment on the divorce

In May 2026, Stasia Rovinska announced her divorce from her husband, director Yaroslav Rovinsky. The couple had been married for 13 years.

Commenting on the breakup, Semyon Horov refrained from revealing details of his daughter's personal life.

«Я би не хотів коментувати це, бо це краще запитати у них. Таке буває, на жаль. Звичайно, ніхто не радий від цього» (I would not like to comment on this, because it is better to ask them. Such things happen, unfortunately. Of course, no one is happy about it), he noted.

Support for his daughter

Previously, Horov also emphasised that he supports Stasia in all her decisions and does not intend to publicly analyse the reasons for the breakup. At the same time, he called his former son-in-law, Yaroslav Rovinsky, a good father.

«Вибачте, можна не буду говорити на цю тему? Я не знаю, що сказати... Хочу лише сказати, що це сумно і боляче. Але я завжди підтримував Стасю і підтриматиму в будь-яких рішеннях.
