Court ruling on the return of the land plot

The Ternopil Regional Commercial Court ruled to terminate the lease agreement for a land plot of over 45.5 hectares located in the village of Bilche-Zolote. The value of these lands exceeds 21 million hryvnia. The court ordered LLC "Net Energy" to return the plot to the community. This procedure was initiated at the suit of the Chortkiv District Prosecutor's Office.

Reasons for terminating the agreement

According to law enforcement agencies, the tenant company had systematically failed to pay rent for a prolonged period. In addition, since 2019, LLC "Net Energy" has not fulfilled the contractual obligations stipulated for the construction of renewable energy facilities. As a result of such actions, the community did not receive the planned energy capacity, no new jobs were created, and it did not receive regular budget revenues from the lease.

Company owner

Information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities indicates that 100% of the charter capital of LLC "Net Energy" belongs to Roman Yosypovych Zastavny, who is also the director of the enterprise. These personal details fully match those of the former mayor of Ternopil and a member of parliament of the VIII convocation.
