Reproductive specialist Nataliya Dankovych has initiated a lawsuit regarding the transfer of corporate rights in Neomed 2007 LLC. This entity is linked to the well-known Mother and Child clinic network. The core of the dispute is an agreement concluded between foreign companies in 2022, as well as issues concerning ownership of a business share and the right to receive profits in the form of dividends.
According to available data, in May 2022, the Cypriot company Propolius Limited sold 100% of the corporate rights in Neomed 2007 to Dalila Finance LTD. The formal registration of the share transfer took place in July 2022, i.e. after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Nataliya Dankovych, who claims to own 28.02% of the shares in Propolius Limited, disagrees with this transaction. She believes that the sale deprived her of corporate rights and the opportunity to receive dividends from the medical business's operations.
On 27 January 2026, the Commercial Court of the City of Kyiv granted Nataliya Dankovych's claim. However, during the appellate review, this decision was overturned. Subsequently, the case was referred to the Supreme Court for consideration.
Thus, the dispute over corporate rights in Neomed 2007 has evolved into a prolonged court process involving foreign companies. The authors of the material separately focus on the ownership structure of the medical business and its links with Russian investors. At the same time, the information provided does not allow for definitive conclusions regarding the origin of funds or the legality of the actions of all participants in the corporate transaction.
The legal dispute over the sale of Neomed 2007 continues, and the final resolution of the issue regarding corporate rights depends on the outcome of the court proceedings.
