On the night of 9 October, the Redkino Research Plant, located in the settlement of Redkino in Tver region, came under fire. Russian Telegram channels and the monitoring platform Exilenova+ reported the incident.

Production of critical components

The enterprise specialises in the production of chemical products for the defence industry. In particular, it manufactures components of "Decilin-M" fuel, which, according to available data, is used in the production of fuel for Kh-55 and Kh-101 cruise missiles.

The plant's product range also includes additives for diesel fuel and aviation kerosene. This makes the Redkino Research Plant a crucial link in the supply chain of the Russian military-industrial complex, providing the missile and aviation sectors with necessary chemicals.

Status of damage

Official data on the scale of destruction and the consequences of the strike currently require further confirmation. It is worth noting that this is not the first case: a previous attack on this facility was recorded in February 2026.
