The morning of 23 October in Warsaw was accompanied by an unexpected fire. At 08:46, the dispatch service of the city fire department received a report of a vehicle fire.

The scene of the incident is the area of Rozbrat Street, where a bus stop is located nearby. A car parked in the right lane suddenly caught fire.

Details of the fire suppression

By the time the first crew of rescuers arrived at the address, the fire had already completely engulfed the car's body. The vehicle turned into a burning torch.

Two people who were inside the car managed to get out on their own before the emergency services arrived. They did not require hospitalisation.

Impact on road traffic

After the fire was extinguished, police and specialised services continue to work at the scene. Due to the incident, traffic towards the Ochota and Wola districts has been temporarily blocked.
