Vasyl Lomachenko funds Russians

Vasyl Lomachenko, former world boxing champion in multiple weight categories, has become an investor in a project by Russian businessman Arkady Novikov. The boxer from Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi invested funds in the Novikov Beverly Hills restaurant, located in Los Angeles.

This came to light through an investigation by the publication "Champion". According to the journalists' information, Lomachenko's company, Loma Power Holding, which specialises in consulting, became an investor in this restaurant. It was also revealed that the athlete's manager, Egidijus Klimaitis, is a co-owner of Novikov Beverly Hills.

Klimaitis has known Arkady Novikov since the opening of the Novikov Miami restaurant in 2018, and it was he who connected Lomachenko with the Russian's restaurant business.

Arkady Novikov is a renowned restaurateur from Russia, owner of an international restaurant chain, who also has close ties to the highest circles of power in his country, including President Vladimir Putin. The businessman was a trusted representative of Putin in the 2012 and 2018 elections.
