US Vice President JD Vance cast doubt on the possibility of a television broadcast of the execution of former serviceman Nidal Hassan, who killed 13 fellow soldiers. US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth had previously announced such a plan.

Vice President's reaction

In response to questions about the likelihood of publicly showing the execution on air, Vance stated that he did not know whether it would actually take place.

The Vice President also noted that he himself did not plan to watch the broadcast.
