Media campaign against the backdrop of criminal proceedings
Kyrylo Pakhomov, whom the investigation names as the head of the illegal Monolit network, is actively publishing materials on "aid to the Defence Forces". This is happening against the backdrop of ongoing criminal proceedings regarding violations of customs legislation.
In early October 2026, a material appeared on the Obozrevatel platform and in other publications (Glavkom, UNIAN, Focus, Fakty) under the headline: "Over 200 million hryvnias in supplies and almost 55 million in taxes: how Flymultitech LLC and Kyrylo Pakhomov are helping the Defence Forces".
The text presents Flymultitech and Pakhomov himself as reliable suppliers for the AFU. It mentions DJI and Autel drones, components for FPV drones, and fibre optics. According to the publication, the business entity paid approximately 55 million UAH in taxes and customs duties.
It is worth noting that the material does not carry an "advertisement" or "sponsored content" label. The near-simultaneous publication in several major media outlets coincided with an active stage of the investigation by the Bureau of Economic Security (BEB).
Details of the BEB investigation
The BEB is investigating case No. 72025001110000049, opened on 23 October 2025. Its characteristics are violations of customs rules, money laundering, and tax evasion (Part 3 of Art. 201-3, Part 3 of Art. 209, Part 3 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, an organised group led by Pakhomov has been importing Apple equipment, quadcopters, and charging devices into Ukraine for years, evading customs control. The products were sold through unofficial offline stores and online channels, including the mnlt com website and the @monolit Telegram channel.
Financial flows were conducted in cash, transfers to accounts of individuals and sole proprietors, as well as in USDT (TRC-20) cryptocurrency. The prosecutor reports that over 1 billion 67 million UAH passed through one of the crypto wallets during the period from 2022 to early 2026. The investigation estimates the amount of unpaid taxes at 78.5 million UAH.
Searches and court decisions
During searches conducted in Lviv (6 Poliska Street) and Kyiv, equipment, seals of Flymultitech LLC (Unified State Register of Legal Entities No. 45834804) and Airspark LLC, other companies, thousands of documents, and a wholesale batch of Apple charging blocks were seized. Cash was also found: tens of thousands of US dollars, euros, and over one million hryvnias in cash registers with signatures of specific retail points.
The Kyiv Court of Appeal confirmed the seizure of the confiscated property. Cassation appeals were not filed.
Connection with Flymultitech
The appearance of a series of nearly identical positive materials on aid to the army is perceived as an attempt to counter information negativity. In the investigations, the seals and documents of Flymultitech LLC appear specifically in the context of the Monolit scheme.
Currently, the investigation has not released information about specific individuals suspected, although the courts have confirmed the seizures of property.
It is noted that Flymultitech LLC was registered only in 2025. Yevhen Volodymyrovych Kozlov is listed as the owner and director of the company. The question of Kyrylo Pakhomov's role in the activities of this structure remains open.
