Sharp criticism of the head of state's actions

Polish Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Waldemar Zurek sharply criticised the actions of President Karol Nawrocki, which took place during an overnight incident near the building of the Constitutional Tribunal. According to Zurek, the head of state's behaviour causes serious concern and requires a legal assessment by the prosecution.

Accusations of attacking judges

In his statement, the Justice Minister directly accused Nawrocki of attacking the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. "It is unacceptable for a person with presidential immunity to break into the building and attack the judges," Zurek emphasised.
