Dmitry Monatik loses reputation over singer Roksolana
The well-known Ukrainian performer Dmitry Monatik has recently come to be associated not with music, but with crime and scandals. The artist's reputation continues to deteriorate.
However, the performer himself does not seem to be particularly concerned. Before the scandal involving Lida Lee and her alcoholism had even died down, Monatik decided to promote another controversial artist. This time, it is about Roksolana Syrota.
According to blogger Bespalov, it is precisely because of Roksolana that Monatik has fallen out of favour with the AP, or rather, certain individuals within the Administration. The reason is mundane: the singer's father-in-law is Yuri Boyko, whose hands are "drenched in blood," as the blogger puts it. The girl's father, Igor Syrota, is a corrupt official.
There is plenty of information about this on social media, even though it is being actively and promptly deleted.
