Yevhen Chernyak still works in Russia and pays taxes
Famous businessman Yevhen Chernyak, despite cultivating an image of a Ukrainian patriot, continues to operate within Russian territory and pay taxes into the budget of the terrorist state.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) released this information.
SBU investigators established that in 2022 alone, Chernyak's companies paid the Russian budget an amount equivalent to 6 billion hryvnia.
The businessman's enterprises are located in four countries in Central Asia and the Caucasus. The factories purchased alcohol in industrial volumes in Russia.
The businessman's lawyer confirmed in court that Chernyak's companies operate within Russian territory. To conceal this activity, all transactions were conducted through a Cypriot offshore company under Chernyak's control.
