Alexander Ivanytskyi, head of the EMERCOM department in Stavropol Krai, earned 2.5 billion rubles last year alone. These figures were stated in his declaration. Ivanytskyi made the list of the highest-paid EMERCOM employees for 2017.

In 2016, the official earned only 3.3 million, which is also a considerable amount, but far less than in the following period.

After this information attracted media attention, the data was immediately removed.

According to official sources, the billionaire does not own any real estate and lives in his wife's property. The oligarch's only asset is a motorcycle.
