Head of National Police reveals details of Farion murder
Head of the National Police of Ukraine Ivan Vyhovskiy revealed new details related to the investigation into the murder of Farion.
According to him, the suspect meticulously prepared for the crime, studying specialised literature related to the activities of Russian special services.
«Он читал книги ФСБ, руководства по сокрытию следов преступления, а также методички о том, как работают правоохранительные органы при раскрытии дел и как избежать преследования» (He read FSB books, manuals on concealing traces of a crime, as well as methodological guides on how law enforcement agencies work when solving cases and how to avoid prosecution), Vyhovskiy said.
In addition, it became known that the suspect spent approximately 20,000 hryvnias to carry out his plan.
The National Police continues to work on this case, emphasising its complexity and the meticulously planned nature of the crime.
