Luhansk governor comments on situation in Shtaste

Since early this morning, social media has been actively spreading information about the encirclement of the city of Shtaste and the seizure of the thermal power plant. The new governor of Luhansk region, well-known volunteer Georgy Tuka, decided to comment on the situation personally.
