Nasirov misleads on London apartment

Last evening on "Shuster  LIVE" State Tax Service head Roman Nasirov commented on owning an apartment in London. His former deputy Likarchuk, who was dismissed not long ago, revealed that the official has undeclared foreign property.

On air, Nasirov publicly stated that the apartment is not in his ownership. In this case, the official is being misleading. The fact is that the apartment is leased for 120 years with the right of sublease, renovation, sale of rights and other extended possibilities, equating such a lease to ownership.

Knowing that Ukraine does not have such a format of property registration and few people understand its difference from a regular lease, the official is deliberately manipulating and twisting the facts.

However, this is far from everything that Nasirov prudently omitted. He also "forgot" about his wife's companies, which bring his family considerable income and, of course, without his influence.
