Petro Poroshenko has a business in Moscow

It has emerged that the President of Ukraine has a massive business in Russia. This is not about the Roshen factory, a starch plant and a grain company in Lipetsk Oblast. Petro Poroshenko owns a retro photography gallery in Moscow through trusted individuals.

In this case, the interests of the head of state are represented by Sergey Zaitsev, a former classmate of the Deputy Director of the Roshen factory, who is referred to as the holder of Poroshenko's assets. It is he who sponsors events and photo artists through offshore companies.

The gallery hosts photography exhibitions, buffets and meetings where politicians, entrepreneurs and simply connoisseurs of art gather.

Notably, the gallery does not generate a profit. Moreover, it operates at a loss. This inevitably raises the question – what is the point of maintaining such a "business"?

The answer is obvious. The nominal director of the gallery is a co-owner of the management company "Amur Volga". The holding includes a number of enterprises: the construction sand mining company "Gorlovskoye", the "Georgievsky Rudnik" manganese ore deposit in Siberia,  the mining and construction company "KompaktPromStroy", the energy supply enterprise "Energosbvertekh" and the mining company "Kvazar".
