Details emerge on explosion near Trump Tower

The first case of using ChatGPT artificial intelligence to create an explosive device has been recorded in the US.

Las Vegas police chief Kevin McMahill announced this at a press conference.

The suspect turned out to be 37-year-old former special forces soldier Matthew Livelesberger. According to investigators, he used ChatGPT to obtain information on purchasing components, assembling and activating the explosive device.

Recall that the incident occurred on 1 January in Las Vegas. Livelesberger blew up a Tesla Cybertruck electric vehicle near the Trump Tower hotel, using pyrotechnics and flammable substances. Seven people were injured in the explosion. Livelesberger himself died. Investigators believe that shortly before the explosion, he took his own life by shooting himself in the head.
