Tesla sales may slow down in 2025 due to potential changes in US policy linked to Donald Trump's return to power. Major Wall Street financial institutions expect that the repeal of the Biden administration's climate initiatives, which have stimulated the electric vehicle market, will negatively impact demand. This is reported by The Financial Times.

According to analysts at FactSet, Tesla is likely to sell approximately 2.07 million vehicles in 2025, a 16% increase compared to 2024. This figure represents a recovery from last year's downturn — the company's first since 2011.

However, the expected growth rates will be lower than the 20–30% previously stated by Elon Musk, and will also significantly lag behind the 40% average annual growth that Tesla demonstrated over the previous two years.
