Місцева бізнес-структура
років поставляла на тимчасово окуповані терористами території широкий спектр
лікарських засобів. Згідно з вилученими товарно-транспортними накладними ліки
надсилалися у Донецьк, Макіївку та Шахтарськ. За оперативною інформацією,
більша частина медикаментів надходила безпосередньо до незаконних
збройних формувань бойовиків, решта реалізовувалася за максимально завищеними
цінами місцевим мешканцям.
Лікарські
засоби на українській території перевантажувалися з фур у менший транспорт та
перевозилися через лінію зіткнення поза блокпостами. Завдяки спецоперації СБУ в
Дніпропетровській та Донецькій областях виявлено перевальну базу зловмисників
на Донеччині та повністю блоковано канал постачання ліків.
Під
час обшуків в офісах та складських приміщеннях співробітники спецслужби
вилучили договори з контрагентами на окупованих територіях, печатки СПД, які
здійснюють фінансово-господарську діяльність на території т.зв. «ДНР», а також
1 мільйон 225 тисяч гривень, понад 54,5 тисячі євро та 7 тисяч доларів США.
Слідчими
СБУ відкрито кримінальне провадження за ч. 2 ст. 258-5 (фінансування тероризму)
Кримінального кодексу України.
Тривають
невідкладні оперативно-слідчі дії з встановлення та притягнення до
відповідальності всіх осіб, причетних до організації поставок ліків терористам»,
