Efremov faces another court hearing today
Former MP Alexander Efremov, who was released yesterday after a 3.6 million hryvnia bail was posted by his friend Boris
Kolesnikov, has been charged with a new offence. He personally announced this this morning
before his interrogation at the General Prosecutor's Office.
According to Efremov, he has been charged with inciting inter-ethnic hatred, rather than separatism as previously reported, and he faces another court hearing today at 14:00, where the court will determine the preventive measure for the former head of the Party of Regions faction.
We will find out very soon what the court's decision will be this time and whether the GPO has any further charges in reserve for Efremov.
