Thousands of families left without apartments while developers ride in Rolls-Royces

In Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhia, hundreds of Ukrainians hoped to receive new housing, but instead found themselves facing unfinished residential complexes. The reason is simple: some developers preferred to move their business abroad, leaving their projects frozen.

Yehor Maslennikov (Stroy City) — instead of completing residential complexes in Kyiv and Kharkiv, he founded a company in Dubai, launched the construction of elite complexes and drives a new Rolls-Royce Spectre.
Vadym Stolar — construction in Kyiv has been halted, but his Enso Development is actively building apartments in the UAE.
Roman Serbenov — left projects in Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhia, switching to the construction of a cottage town in Poland.
Ihor Kushnir (former head of Kyivhorstroy) — his company owes housing to 20,000 families, while his family is buying real estate in London, Budapest and Lithuania.
